Contact Us
There are multiple ways you can contact us, be it for support, a sales inquiry, or just to say hi. We don’t bite too much, and we’re always happy to help.
RapidGaming is a part of RapidHosting, so you can expect the same high level of support that you receive through RapidHosting.
The most reliable way, (and the most official) is the contact us form just below.
IRC:
If you have a matter you want to talk to us about in real time, jump in to IRC.
#RapidGaming on the GameSurge network. Grab your favourite IRC client, jump on to irc.gamesurge.net and join #rapidgaming.
We’re not always in there, chances are if you hang around for a bit you’ll get one or both of us.
Alternatively, you can use the Mibbit Widget here.
Steam
Join the community, and contact RapidDazz or SirSquidness.
While we appreciate being befriended on steam, our friend lists on Steam are already gigantic, and we’d prefer to be hit up through the RapidGaming group instead.

Who is Rapid Gaming
RapidGaming is a division of RapidHosting, set up specifically for gaming related services. Darren Nolan, with all his expertise with all things hosting, combines with the gaming power of Chris Holman to bring you the A-Team of game server provision.
Who is Darren Nolan?
Darren has been doing Linux Administration professionally for the past 10 years and can often been seen working around the clock to continue providing his clients with the best possible level of customer service support. He enjoys long walks on the beach, programming and coffee. We’re kidding about the walks on the beach, but he does love his coffee!
Who is Chris Holman?
Chris has been running gaming events for the past four years, organising the game and network servers, power, and whatever else needs doing. Chris, however, does enjoy long walks on the beach, but lives about three hours away from the nearest beach worth walking on.
Why the name Rapid Gaming
Rapid Hosting is our business name to reflect three major things. Our packets travel at minimum 50% faster than the nearest competitor*, our servers are speedy and responsive and our support is rapid like none other.
*may not actually be the case due to limitations of the speed of light through fibre cables. Consult nearest quantum physicist for details.
